Achieving Financial Civilization

In order to understand Financial Civilization SM, we have to first look at human civilization. Before civilization, people lived in nomadic tribes. Satisfying their basic needs (food, water and shelter) occupied their time. Once those tribes organized themselves into villages, towns and cities, basic needs were sustainable, and the focus shifted to new concepts that could better their lives. Technology, science, art, music and culture were results of civilization.

In today’s society, too few of us have the time or financial freedom to pursue what we truly care about. While home ownership is at an all-time high of 70% in the U.S., less than 1% of Americans ever make the time to meet with a financial planner.

In becoming financially civilized, the stress of managing your finances is removed, giving you the freedom to accomplish your true dreams and passions and to make a positive impact in our world and in the lives of your loved ones.

My personal mission and the reason I have chosen to be a mortgage planner is to help individuals and their families achieve Financial Civilization SM. Once the first stage of Financial Civilization SM is achieved, we will help you implement a customized, long-term plan.

We work to ensure that you are getting the most out of your home and investments without distracting you from living your life and fulfilling your dreams.
